Hi guys, so here is my new homebuild Sport-Jet all composite and molded. My maiden flight with that beauty was yesterday. technical data: Wingspan: Length: Weight: 8.300 g with 12S (Lipo Weight 1.600 g) static thrust: 85-90 N, around 400 kph airflow, at ~36V, ~158A, ~5650W, 25.520 RPM Powered by Haoye 5″ Fan, Scorpion HK 4035, ESC Robbe Roxxy BL-Controll 9120-12 120A/150A Peak. On 12S Turnigy 5000 30C at the moment, but it´s to much load on the ESC. Can hear it in the Clip,, on 3/4 Throttle max on this flight. Not bad for a 30$ fan, but to much load I think around 160A on 3/4 throttle on this flight, thinking to go to 10S Lipo, or a other fan system, Dynamax Extreme from XPS sounds not bad…will see. The difference of all other, its electric powered xd I´m going a little away from turbine flying too EDF Jets. With the name of that Beauty Í´m not 100% sure…Soulcry, Soulblade, Soulgate, or something like that ^^ Enjoy the clip. Btw: sorry for the audio cuts in the main vid, but was first flight and we talked much xd Next Part will be better for sure

Chris flying his turbine powered “Dragon” RC Jet at the 2010 TMAC (Tingalpa Model Aero Club) EDF Day in Brisbane, Australia. Chris took his Dragon up to show everyone what a real turbine RC jet looks and sounds like. Great flying, some awesome aerobatics and sweet low passes! Big thanks to TMAC and their sponsors for putting on the day, and to Chris for letting his Dragon out to play. Please note, this is not my aircraft
